The ZGW vacuum atomization powder making device is designed to meet the research and mass production of atomization powder making technology under vacuum conditions. The working principle of the vacuum atomization powder making device refers to the melting of metal or its alloy under vacuum conditions. Under gas protection conditions, the metal liquid flows out (downwards) through an insulated crucible and a guide nozzle. Through the nozzle, high-pressure protective gas is used to atomize and break the metal liquid into a large number of small droplets. Fine droplets solidify into spherical or sub spherical particles during flight, achieving the goal of powder production. Atomized powder furnaces are widely used in 3D printing, aerospace, national defense technology, and other related industries.
