Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace series

1. Vacuum induction melting furnace (VIM) is used to perform the melting process in vacuum, utilizing mid-frequency induction heating technology.

2. Mainly melting and casting  nickel-based  alloy, special  steel,  precision  alloy, neodymium iron boron, dysprosium metal, activated metal, super alloy, hydrogen storage materials,  and magnetic material in vacuum or under protective atmosphere, mainly for scientific research institutes and manufacturing departments.  The furnaces divided into two types: vertical and horizontal.

3. Either thyristor frequency converter or frequency changer set can be chosen as mid-frequency power supply, which will be determined by the clients.

Semi-Continuous Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace

1. Semi-continuous  vacuum induction melting furnace has all the advantages of vacuum induction melting furnace .

2. There are vacuum valves between charging chamber and melting chamber as well as between melting chamber and casting room ,so the charging and ingot taking out process can be done without destroying melting chamber vacuum ,so that to realize continuous operation.

3. For the melting chamber stays in vacuum all the time, the service life of crucible is increased and the melting time is decreased.

Vacuum Rapid Quenching and Ribbon Furnace

1. Vacuum Rapid Quenching Furnace is utilized to melt neodymium iron boron (alloy) in vacuum, using mid-frequency induction heating technology, and perform casting by pouring it onto a fast rotating cooling roller in order to form amorphous material to meet the arts and crafts requirement.

2.  Ribbon Furnace can be utilized either in vacuum or non-vacuum to perform the melting of iron-based alloy, nickel-based alloy , etc. In non-vacuum, to reach the arts  and  crafts  requirement,amorphous  thin  ribbon  material  can  be  formed  by pouring alloys onto a fast rotating cooling roller.

Vacuum Consumable Electrode Arc furnace

1. Vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace is utilized to melt the metal rods which prepared in advance, in vacuum or under inert gas atmosphere.

2. The  furnace  is  designed  for  remelting  steel,  especially  high-grade  alloy  steel, tungsten, molybdenum, niobium and titanium.

3.  It has advantages of high temperature, rapid melting and effective degassing. The melting metal will not be contaminated by refractory material, which reduce the nonmetallic impurity in the charge.

Vacuum Hot Press Furnace           

1.1  Vacuum hot press furnace is utilized to shape metal powder or metal-ceramics mixture under pressure that utilizing hot pressing technology under vacuum.   

2- 1. The pressure head adopts water cooling pressure method, that diameter and stroke are designed according to customers’ requirements. The pressure head speed can be adjusted and the pressure head can be moved out of temperature sustaining zone.

2-2. Vacuum system: The furnace equipped with mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump to ensure high vacuum and the final vacuum can reach 10-3Pa. (Customized).

2-3. Power supply: The heating process can be done by either induction heating or resistance heating. The power is 45KW-200KW and heating temperature is 400 C -2300C.

2-4.  Automatic control:  Applying Omron temperature controller to control temperature and temperature rising speed. Customers could establish the temperature control curve and then we help to realize manual and automatic operation modes. The furnace is equipped with pressure sensor and displacement sensor, so the setup and control of pressure can be realized. The stroke of the pressure head shown on the meter. The above mentioned control system could record automatically.

2-5. Pressurizing system: It is consists of hydraulic system, oil tank and press machine. For now,we can provide press machines of 100T,  150T and 300T or higher. Two pressure heads can be moved  either  simultaneously or individually. The stroke of pressure head can be designed according to the customers’ requirements.

ZGF Vacuum Induction Atomizing Furnace

1. Vacuum induction atomizing furnace is utilized to produce metal powder by using gas atomizing technology.

2. The metal melted by using induction heating technology firstly, then the melted metal be atomized through highly pressurized inert gas , after condensation, the fine particles(powder) will be formed.

3. We can produce metal powder of different diameters by adjusting the pressure and velocity of inert gas.

4. The furnace made for producing metal power of high purity and low ppm(oxygen content), it can also utilized to produce metal powder of any compositions and complex material.

Vacuum Induction suspension Melting Furnace

1. The vacuum induction water cooling copper crucible meting is a new developed melting method,mainly melting high melting point,high purity,active metal and other nonmetal material.It applied induction and cooling water copper crucible to melt the material.The metal liquid will be in suspending state under the influence of electric force.So  the  metal  could  be  melted  with  minimum  contamination.For  the  water cooling crucible is made of high purity oxygen free copper,it has advantage of melting material which has strong reaction with the crucible,such as Ti and its alloy.

2. It is widely used in the Ti,Zr and their alloy melting industry,etc.It is of special design  for the material  science research,mainly used by the  science& research  or university  material  lab.It  is  also  widely  applied  in  the  sophistic  material  melting industry and has excellent prospect.

3. It is mainly composed of water cooling copper crucible,vacuum system,vacuum cover,Mid-freq power  supply,water  cooling  system  and  so  on .The power used will changed according to the furnace capacity,for example:0.25KG furnace with 40KW power supply while  1KG furnace used 60KW power supply.The copper crucible is petal type and using mica insulation between the sections .The water cooling  is  from  bottom  to  the  top,the  quartz  covers  the  crucible .The  whole meting process are visible and there is a φ40mm vacuum pumping hole at the bottom.The cooling     water pressure are high as 0.3Mpa,furnace equipped with overflow and over pressure protection switch .The water cooling copper crucible could move up and down to facilitated discharge and adjust melting temperature.

Vacuum heat treating(Annealing) furnace

It is utilized to heat treat and degassing various of alloy materials and components,such as W,Mo,Tungsten-copper alloy), magnetic materials, hydrogen storage metal, reactive and refractory metals. Detailed applications are as below:

1. The DS furnace is a multi-purpose vacuum melting and casting furnace mainly used to do experiment or produce isomeric crystal,directional solidification,single crystal structure,Liquid metal cooling of many kind of materials.It is widely used in the solidification research of high temp alloy,precision alloy,special alloy and the industry of aerospace.

2. Mostly it is semi-continuous structure,so that to do charge,temp measurement work under vacuum.The melting speed is fast so the burning loss for the micro element of the master alloy could be greatly reduced.The tilting pour is proportion follow up method.The DS heat preservation furnace adopted two phase heating method. And the heating method are induction-type and resistance-type so that the temperature control accuracy is high.The pull down device is precise servo drive and the control system is PC+PLC+Human-computer interface.

The vacuum induction chemical vapor deposition furnace using medium frequency induction heats the graphite crucible which placed in the induction coil under vacuum or protective atmosphere, and can also be heated by resistance, and the prepared carbon-carbon composite material is placed in the graphite crucible. The crucible is heated to a prescribed temperature at a certain temperature, then inlet  diluted hydrocarbon  gas. The  carbon-containing  active  gene  in the gas  is  decomposed  and deposited on the surface of the material. The composite material thus prepared will greatly increase the  wear  resistance.  This  equipment  is  suitable  for  the  preparation  of composite  materials  by chemical vapor deposition, or as sintering of cemented carbide products. Carbon-carbon composite is an advanced composite material of carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix, featuring low density, high specific strength, high temperature resistance (3000 ° C), and excellent friction and wear properties. In  the  early  days,  the  carbon-carbon  composite  products  developed  through  test  methods  were mainly used  in the  aerospace  field,  such  as military  aircraft brake  discs, rocket  engine nozzles, combustion chambers, nose cones and other key components. At present, carbon-carbon composite materials are widely used in modern transportation, large-scale manufacturing, national large-scale nuclear   energy   engineering,  modern  national   defense   construction,  high-temperature  thermal.

The key technology for the preparation of carbon-carbon composites is the densification of carbon fiber preforms - the CVI process. The carbon-carbon composite chemical vapor deposition furnace is a special equipment for the CVI process. In view of the wide application fields and broad market  prospects of  carbon-carbon  composites,  our company has  developed a  large-scale carbon-carbon  composite  chemical vapor deposition  furnace, which is mainly used  for chemical vapor deposition of large  carbon-carbon  products.Also  the  furnace  could  be  used  for  vacuum carbonization of the whole process.

The vacuum induction high temperature graphitization furnace generates an alternating magnetic field through a spiral  water-cooled  induction coil, under the condition of vacuum or inert gas , by using an intermediate frequency power source, so that the graphite crucible in the induction coil generates an induced electromotive force, and the  intermediate  frequency  current  forms  a  circulation  in  the  crucible,  thereby the crucible is generated at a high temperature and radiated to the workpiece to the desired temperature. The furnace is mainly used for graphitization or vapor deposition of graphite in carbon products.

The advantages of our company's graphitization furnace:

1. The use temperature is high (non-nominal temperature), the use temperature can reach 3000 °C;

2. Good safety, double-layer stainless steel furnace shell, the inter-layer is cooled by water, and the furnace shell temperature is lower than 50 °C. With air pressure, water pressure and high temperature alarm, and equipped with an over-pressure venting device.
