Heat the crucible to the specified temperature at a certain temperature and introduce diluted hydrocarbon gas. The carbon containing active genes in the gas decompose and deposit on the surface of the material. The composite material prepared in this way will greatly increase its wear resistance. This equipment is suitable for preparing composite materials by chemical vapor deposition method, and can also be used for sintering hard alloy products. Carbon carbon composite material is an advanced composite material with carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix, which has the characteristics of low density, high specific strength, high temperature resistance (3000 ℃), and excellent friction and wear performance.
