Product details :
The semi continuous vacuum induction melting furnace is mainly used for melting, smelting, and casting various high-temperature alloys, precision alloys, iron-based, nickel based alloys, and certain non-ferrous metals and their alloys under vacuum or inert gas protection, using the principle of medium frequency induction heating. In addition to possessing all the characteristics of a general periodic vacuum induction furnace, this furnace is separated by valves between the feeding bin and the smelting bin, as well as between the smelting bin and the ingot mold bin. Therefore, it can perform feeding (temperature measurement), smelting, ingot cooling, and ingot discharge without damaging the vacuum conditions, achieving semi continuous production. This furnace is also suitable for vacuum melting and smelting of neodymium iron boron rare earth alloy raw materials. A semi continuous vacuum induction melting furnace is a vacuum smelting equipment with the advantages of wide use, strong adaptability, high production efficiency, convenient use, uniform alloy composition, small footprint, and easy maintenance.
