Structural characteristics of vacuum induction suspension melting furnace: mainly composed of water-cooled copper crucible, vacuum system, vacuum cover, medium frequency power supply, water-cooled system (with corresponding power for different capacities), 0.25kg equipped with 40kW power supply, 0.5kg and 1kg equipped with 60kW power supply. The water-cooled copper crucible is a segmented structure, with mica insulation between the petals, and water cooling from the bottom to the top. The entire crucible is the main body, covered with a quartz bell cover. The lower part is equipped with a vacuum opening of 40mm, which can be seen throughout the entire smelting process. The cooling water pressure of the water-cooled copper crucible is relatively high, about 0.3MPa. The water pressure and flow rate are equipped with protective switches, and the water-cooled copper crucible can be moved up and down by the lifting structure, making it easy to discharge and adjust the melting temperature.
