Structural characteristics (taking micro rapid quenching furnace as an example):
The WZK series micro vacuum rapid quenching furnace consists of a furnace body, furnace cover, vacuum system, rapid quenching wheels, high-frequency power supply, water cooling system, etc. The power inlet, nozzle (crucible), and vacuum pipeline are installed on the furnace body. The nozzle (crucible) can move up and down by ± 50mm and can be accurately positioned. The quick quenching wheel can move forward and backward, making more effective use of the wheel surface (80mm wide). The quick quenching wheel adjusts the linear speed by adjusting the number of revolutions. The upper part of the nozzle is equipped with an infrared temperature measurement port (infrared window), and a cooling cylinder with a water-cooled interlayer is installed on the side of the furnace body. The furnace cover is a side pull type, with two observation windows to observe the working status from different angles. The intermediate frequency power supply is an IGBT small high-frequency power supply.
