A vacuum hot pressing furnace is a process in which the workpiece is heated to the temperature required by the process in a vacuum state, and at the same time, the workpiece is pressurized to the specified value in the process to compress and shape, which is called isothermal casting. It is widely used in national defense, military industry, aviation, scientific research, and other industrial production, as well as civilian product manufacturing. This series of equipment can also be used for vacuum sintering.
Basic structure: The heating methods include medium frequency heating and resistance heating. The furnace body has side opening and top opening methods. The vacuum system can choose one unit (mechanical pump) or two units (mechanical pump, Roots pump) according to different process requirements of customers.
